GETTING OLD SUCKS

Image
In my last entry I described how bodywork and getting back into shape are a deep focus for me right now. But sometimes, when you get older, the universe has a different plan. Last Saturday my body decided to double down on this, and I was rushed to the Emergency Room at a nearby hospital.  Spending two days in the hospital, the first twelve hours of which was spent in the ER trying to get the old ticker to decide on some sort of - any sort of - regular rhythm. Turns out I have this thing, previously undiagnosed, called atrial-fibrillation. Fans of medical tv shows will recognize the term "a-fib," meaning the atria, the top smaller parts of the heart, are out of sequence with the lower, larger ventricles. Wake up call. I've already been focussed on trying to get back into shape, but this forces me to give up what are perhaps my last two real vices: caffeine and alcohol. And to add insult to injury, eat healthier and healthier foods.  (To be honest, I had already started t...

THE ME OF ME

Image
Fun time in the pool yesterday with my wife. CFNM*, as usual.  She's been taking pool aerobics classes at the nearby Y, so was demonstrating some of the moves they did. She grabbed her cellphone from the side of the pool and put on her playlist, and for the next forty minutes we both moved around, her exercising and me dancing. It was fun and freeing to have those moments between us. At one point she decided she needed a floatie to help with her routine. (It's kind of a bulky rubbery cylinder, about six inches in radius and three feet long.) I asked if she wanted me to retrieve it from the deck, around thirty feet from the pool. I dutifully got out and went to grab the toy, and as I came back she wolf whistled a bit. I look like shit, physically, but it was nice nonetheless. Water Aerobics anyone? It's all about enjoying the little moments. In the last post, and for a number of others, I discussed bodywork and massage. I've now had my fifth (and best) session with Mary...

RESTORATION, THE FINE POINTS

Image
There are only two people who read this blog and know my real identity. Both are close and long-time friends who I know I can talk with and be utterly truthful with the sort of things I discuss here. One of them reached out to me after reading my last entry, and suggested I should have gone into more detail about the weekend and my relationship with the man who was the subject of the essay. Fair enough, I'm going to try to cover some of the details my friend felt should be filled in. First, let's call the man in question Mike. That's not his name but serves to keep me from calling him "the man" for the rest of the page. That's Mike's dick and balls you see up top. The Friday night he recently came over was a pleasant and rewarding surprise. Without repeating myself too much, I needed that restored bond more than I realized. I almost feel like a piece of my puzzle was put back in place. As I wrote last entry, we swam, sat in the spa, tanned, drank wine and ...

RESTORATION

Image
Forgive me, Padre, for it has been many months since I last confessed. The truth of the matter is that I felt I was beginning to be repetitive in much of my posts, and wanted to wait until something new presented itself. Things appear to be going quite a bit better with my health, at least where my groin is concerned. The surgery to remove the vas deferens on my left side has really fixed the constant pain and bruising I had felt for more than a decade. A huge relief by any standard. I still have some remaining post-surgical scarring to deal with, and the left nut is still a tender to the touch, but both things are slowly resolving themselves. My sex life remains non-existent and will be so for the foreseeable future. My wife's condition is the same and I won't press the issue. Any orgasm is a solo act these days. On a more fun and upbeat note, in the last month I've enjoyed several instances of NMNM (Naked Male Naked Male), CFNM (Clothed Female Naked Male) and CMNM (Clot...

THE ADVANTAGE OF ISOLATION

Image
Anyone who reads this knows I enjoy being naked as much as I can, and am relatively immodest - meaning I don't have a whole lot of inhibitions - when it comes to simple nudity. My doctors raised me that way. Unfortunately a lot of people immediately connect nudity with sex, and even worse, sex with debauchery. In my mind, these people are the perverts - as in perversion - not the people who freely accept their sensuality and sexuality. I find the more open and free people are the more attractive I find them. I think they're more honest. I don't mind modesty and appropriate dress with people who might be uncomfortable, but it's the judgmental people who find fault in more freespirited folks who are the problem. Nude does not equal sex in the eyes and perceptions of well-adjusted adults. That noted, I, like almost everyone else, and caught up in the whole medically-isolating movement during the global COVID-19 pandemic. It's a whole topic that doesn't fit ...

BUT IT'S MY HOUSE...

Image
Quick addendum: I think we have it sorted. In order to protect everyone's sensibilities I am letting the visiting couple know I'm going swimming, letting the wife decide whether to hide her eyes or not.  Yesterday, however, she was sitting around in a very light sundress talking to my wife and me, with her husband standing in the doorway. The subject turned to a dark bruise on her arm - they've been moving, but we were giving her husband grief about abusing her. "Oh you think THAT one is bad" she said, "take a look at this!"  And with that she stood up, lifted her skirt, and pulled her panties slightly to the side to show us a huge bruise on her left butt cheek. Somehow I don't think we're going to have much of a problem. I have been gone a while again. Just not a whole lot to discuss these days that I haven't gone on about ad nauseum in previous entries. But today starts what is going to be a frustrating time for me. Not from ...

LET'S GET PHYSICAL

Image
My workout routine is going well. I walk between 6K and 19K steps a day depending upon my work schedule. My job is heavily dependent upon walking, movement, and lifting heavy things, so it's perfect for getting a workout in. I swim for twenty minutes or so most days (before getting out and drying off naturally) . I have now added 20+ minutes of dance exercise to my daily routine. The right direction. Two years ago, when I was twenty pounds lighter than I am now, I was dancing for around 40 minutes a day. That exercise came as part of a longer term program to lose weight I had embarked upon. It got me down forty-plus pounds from my highest weight, and within striking distance of several major goals.  I danced around, just bopping around really, to various tracks on Youtube. Nothing formal. And it all collapsed as life intervened. But I'm pushing back. So I've resumed doing the dancing first thing in the morning. I started yesterday, and was pleasantly surpri...
