In college and High School I had a series of friends you would call Fuck Buddies. Friends with whom there was no romantic connection, however sex was very much on the table. It was in many ways a pressure valve for both of us, letting us have sex outside of a traditional relationship. It also allowed for serious experimentation and education, since none of us - whichever FB it was - had an emotional commitment beyond friendship. No strings attached, just glorious sex. My last and best FB was a woman I'll call "Sarah". She and I last had sex around three months before my wife and I began formally dating, though Sarah did show up at my bachelor party. I've mentioned before that I was quite adventurous sexually during my college years. Under the philosophy of "try anything once" I was open to a variety of adventures, some of which are best left alone to rot under the headline of "bad ideas", but some serve to inform my current review of my sexuality. I don't expect anything terribly useful to come of my introspections given that I am effectively celibate for the forseeable future (see the previous entries on my wife's medical condition). So, in some ways, I'm left to live in the past. I've mentioned previously that I am essentially bisexual. Roughly 80% female oriented, with 20% or so male oriented. It made for some interesting encounters over the years, and part of who I am is because I find both men and women attractive, though for almost entirely different reasons.
