YOU GOT A PAIR ON YOU

Like many people watching tv, at least according to published ratings, I am enjoying the new streaming show The Last of Us on HBO. If you're unfamiliar with it, the premise is that in a post-apocalyptic world one person has been shown to be immune to the condition that has killed the majority of the world's population and turned a bunch of the remainders into zombies. It's a fairly standard science fiction trope, though with the twist that the infection was fungal not viral or bacterial. It's based on a video game. The show is well done and entertaining, and features a few of my favorite actors. Bella Ramsey, Anna Torv So why the fuck and I writing about a tv show that, at least so far, is decidedly nonsexual and features zero nudity? (Again, at least so far..) There was a line delivered by actor Anna Torv's character Tess in the first or second episode which grated on my nerves and has stuck with me. One of the characters, the one who is immune to the disease, is ...

CFNM and Dipping The Skinny

"There are exceptions, but I believe that most males enjoy being nude in front of the opposite sex, whereas most females would find it embarrassing. Deep down, I think that males equate nudity with power, but females equate it with vulnerability." - Unknown I've remarked on a few blog entries about times in which I was naked while others were dressed. I was into "CFNM" (Clothed Female, Naked Male) before that term even became used. And I think I come by it honestly and innocently. Growing up I was a boy scout, and this often meant being naked with each other on camping trips or at swim parties at our scoutmaster's home. His wife often hosted while we cavorted around in the pool. The scoutmaster was as naked as we boys were, while his wife typically wore a sundress when she came out onto the patio to refill water pitchers or drop off snacks for us. Inevitably we all jumped out of the pool and ran over to make sure we got whatever treats she ...

BRING ME THE WOMEN!

I got an email the other day asking whether or not I ought to just admit I'm gay. The writer noted that the majority of my entries seem to focus on male/male relations rather than the more traditional male/female roles. And yes, I get that. To the long term reader I have to admit it looks like I'm far more than the "20%" I suggest here and elsewhere. I am bisexual, but have a much greater appreciation of male/female sexuality than perhaps the majority of my posts suggest. When I started this blog it was to go into and examine my sexuality. As a late-50s male I'm confronting a variety of issues related to sex, sexuality and my own sexual satisfaction. I only have two close friends I can discuss this with, and my wife is enduring an ongoing medical condition which prevents any sexual activity. (If you're new here, I was highly active - even promiscuous - in high school and college. I experimented a lot, and retain many of those sexual attitudes, if not...

PAPEN UP ALL OVER

Image
I have mentioned on several occasions that I am drawn to people who are sexually and sensually open. People who are comfortable in their own skin and enjoy the pleasures of the bodies we have been given. If you're not familiar with the name Marisa Papen , allow me to make introductions. Ms. Papen is a Belgian model who, to put it mildly, is an uninhibited provocateur of the highest caliber. Her personal website goes more into the whys and wherefores, but - having never met her - my impression is of a woman who doesn't suffer fools, and is willing to go to extremes to make sociological and political points. Not simply content to protest the social restrictions and institutional hypocrisies of largely immovable monoliths like the government of Turkey or the Catholic Church, Ms Papen (and her partner photographers) uses her own sensuality and nudity to make important statements on social issues. Being a beautiful woman with - let's face it - a rockin' body d...

I LOVE MY COCK

Image
I love my cock. No, this isn't going to quite go in the direction you might expect. I love my cock. I love being male. I love the ability to have an erection and ejaculate. I love the little guy. Okay, now that you're completely convinced I'm a degenrate perv - not necessarily an inaccurate description - let me explain. Over the holiday weekend some friends and I got to discussing gender fluidity. Odd topic for Easter dinner, but there you go. Without getting into specifics that might help identify me, I have several relatives who are gender fluid, ranging from a trans nephew (formerly neice) to a cousin who now identifies as male, but is entirely female under the fabric. It's a confusing world, and frightening for many people. But unlike all of the generations which have been before us, ours is perhaps the first to begin to accept that gender fluidity is a real thing.  And gender fluidity is not (necessarily) sexual. It has to do with role identification a...
